- Arville St. Equity Partners vs. 2010-1 CRE Venture, LLC. 33,629 sq. ft. Industrial warehouse/office property with 14 Clark County Code Violations. Receivership (as licensed General Contractor) worked with building officials to retain existing tenancy and prevented condemnation while violations were corrected. Case No. A-12-659181-B.
- CML-NV Springs, LLC vs. VCSP, LLC A retail/mixed use development property with 52,000 sq. ft. and 12 existing tenants with commercial pads. Receivership constructed $300,000 of interior/exterior modifications and tenant improvements. Case No.A- 12-654347-C.

- Airport Inn of Las Vegas 341 unit motel with daily/weekly occupancy. Receivership carried out court ordered property closure. Conducted evictions, and relocation settlements with residents. Case No.A-09-595575-C.
- Artisan Hotel 64 unit hotel/bar lounge operated by the Receivership during foreclosure. Case No. A-09-598924.
- Torpedo Comics.com LLC Warehoused 3+ million comic books and hundreds of collectables in two locations. Receivership recommended and oversaw a court ordered online auction/liquidation of the entire inventory. Case No. A- 09-598924
