• A 42 year resident of Las Vegas with extensive business experience in Nevada and other states.
• Appointed Receiver in more than 35 cases in the Eighth Judicial District Business Court, and in US District Court since 1994.
• Receivership Assets have included all commercial/industrial property types, various operating businesses and management entities.
• Conducted court approved Receiver sales of real property, inventory and other assets
• Inventory/asset marshalling, and completion of construction and remodeling projects.

Asset evaluation, fiscal due diligence, property condition assessment, inventory examination, vendor/supplier review, municipal permitting, and correction of building code violations.

Preparation of line item budgets, formation and implementation of the Receivership Estate’s business plan, asset preservation, income/expense control and collections.

Alliance Construction & Development, LLC (since 2001) General Contractor – specializing in luxury retail tenant improvements (mall stores), hospitality, medical office, restaurant, remodeling, and large custom homes.
